If a cash gift is not an option for you, consider some of these creative giving ideas:
This idea came from BOGG SPONSORSHIP website
Interested in a new way to advertise your business while supporting your favorite local non-profit? Bogg offers a corporate sponsorship program that is an annual donation of $10,000 to continue feeding one of our many Mobile Meal locations.
Sponsors are given the opportunity to have their logo placed on our trailer to show just how much they love their community while knowing every dollar is well spent locally.
If the above option is out of your company’s price range, lower levels of sponsorship are available; just contact Jason Johnston for more information. We encourage groups of all sizes to consider sponsorship and align themselves with a non-profit that takes love and hope to those who need it most!
for HLWM we could offer perhaps a 4×5 vinyl banner be placed on our fence? cost $100 for a donation of 2500? for local businesses?
We could name our rooms
They could get free advertising on the sidebar of our website or on our newsletters/ flyers etc.
Have we ever tried to have a banquet where it’s $100 a ticket? could we sell 250 tickets and have a secret auction with donated items? if we sold 250 tickets to a nice dinner/band/dance/nite out – $25000 spend half on venue costs and dinners pocket 12,500 plus auctions plus additional donations
Things to Sponsor:
Van repair? partial wrap to donors?
Playground – gaga ball
Network copier so children can print
Teen center room clean up – manual labor includes some trash out to dump
Organizing rooms – donate sterlite clear tubs to organize class supplies by activity
Replacing stained ceiling tiles – labor and materials needed
Cleaning and buffing floors
Go fund me non-profit
Create an idea where we could collect funds for that such as the van repair etc.
Spreadshop.com – we supply designs they print and ship. we might make 4-5 on a 30 shirt.
Can make – shirts of all kinds – masks, coffee cups, hats, chef aprons etc. Use our childrens artwork for designs
Any amount of success with this and you could make this inhouse …maybe teach children a little something about running a business
