Volunteering

If you are an interested volunteer, please complete the following:

Hamilton Living Water Ministry, Inc. Online Quiz Orientation – print out and bring with you
Emergency contact information form
Hamilton Living Water Ministry, Inc. Covenant form
Background check form (18 years of age and older).
If you have had a background check within the last 12 months, please bring a copy. If not, we will complete one for you, but it will take a couple of business days, there is a $18 fee. You will be notified if you are unable to volunteer or if your background check has been approved.

Bring all of these on your first day so you may begin volunteering.
